The Producer will be someone who is passionate about delivering indisputable excellence in every program element and program produced or edited, resulting in programs that ignite dynamic change in each listener's heart.

 

·           Self-motivated starter who sets and achieves personal objectives;

·           Demonstrates a very high level of commitment to delivering

compelling radio to the target listener;

·           Knowledge and proven ability to edit audio utilizing multi-track

editing computer and software;

·           Proven ability to write listener-focused production scripts that

deliver intended results;

·           Proven ability to direct talent performance to high quality,

expressive voice tracks utilized in production;

·           Proven ability to produce compelling long and short form radio

programs that deliver intended results;

 

§          Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical

school;

§          Three years of high quality radio producing and editing experience

utilizing multi-track computer system
